Almost everybody gets nervous in a test situation, and you will get well-meaning tips how to deal with it such as "get enough sleep, eat only light before the test, study ahead, give yourself plenty of time...". But only Breathwork can help you when you are about to get started with the test or already taking the test.
Feeling frazzled, irritated, overwhelmed? Can't remember which breathing technique might help? Try the (easy to remember and discreet) Elevator Breath: Your toes are the ground floor, your head is the top floor. Breathing slowly through your nose, follow your breath from your toes like an elevator to the top - then back down. No need to count. 2-3 times (or more) up and down until you feel grounded again.
